One of Britain’s favourite birds, and taken during a trip to nearby Capel Manor Gardens. We had stopped for some refreshments, and this little chap decided he would share our lunch.
I could do little else but make him earn his keep, and took several shots of him perched beside me. The promise of a few crumbs made him a willing model, perhaps a trick you could employ in your own back garden?
